When my boiler failed due to a leak at the start of the very bad weather and so close to Christmas, (no reflection on the service, the boiler was 36 years old) I called Nick in something of a panic and he arranged to sort out the immediate problem within 3 hours. With Christmas a week away, sub zero temperatures and clearly a heavy workload, Nick was still ready and able to fit a new boiler, ( in a different position from the old one) fit a new hot water tank and replace a radiator in his usual professional, efficient and accommodating manner, all before Christmas.
